Start with a service near you
Choose what you need and the location where you need it. A professional’s service area matters for home visits; the address of their premises matters when you travel to them. Your waitlist postcode helps us understand interest in your area. It does not guarantee local availability at launch.
Choose the person behind the work
The planned experience lets you explore portfolios, descriptions, prices and service information before choosing a professional. A good match depends on the work you need, not simply on who is closest. Professionals offer their own services and run independent businesses.
A home visit starts with acceptance
For a service at home, you send a request to your chosen professional. If they accept, they specify the time needed and the calendar reservation is updated. You then have 12 hours to pay. Notifications explain the deadline; an unpaid request expires. The appointment is confirmed only after verified payment.
An appointment at their premises starts with availability
Where a professional offers appointments at their own premises, you choose a published available time and proceed to payment. Confirmation follows verified payment. The final service details and terms should be read before paying.
