At home or at their premises: choosing the right appointment
Convenience is one part of choosing a service location. Equipment, access and the nature of the task matter too. ButlerBee’s planned booking flows reflect those differences; they are not available on the waitlist yet.

When a home request makes sense
A private meal or a plumbing task naturally centres on the customer’s location. Other services may offer a home option depending on the professional. Explain the task and practical setting so the professional can decide whether to accept.
Why acceptance comes first at home
The professional needs to understand the request and specify how long they need. Once accepted, the reserved duration is updated and the customer has 12 hours to pay. An unpaid request expires. This separates a request from a confirmed, paid appointment.
What published premises availability means
For services at the professional’s premises, customers choose from published available times and proceed directly to payment. The professional has already set their availability. Confirmation still requires verified payment.
Questions worth asking
What is included? Where exactly will the service happen? Is equipment or preparation needed? How long is the appointment expected to take? These questions help define the agreement between customer and professional.
