Prepare a portfolio that explains your service
Customers need to understand what you do before they can choose you. While ButlerBee prepares for launch, you can prepare a portfolio that represents your own work honestly and explains the service behind the pictures.
Choose examples that are yours to share
Use work you genuinely completed and photographs you have permission to publish. Avoid customer names, faces or identifying details unless their use is appropriately permitted. The waitlist is not a place to upload private client records.
Describe what a customer receives
Explain the task, what is included and what is excluded. A menu, a haircut and garden care need different descriptions. Avoid claims about qualifications, insurance or experience that you cannot substantiate.
Make the location practical
Decide which services you offer at home, which at your premises and where you can travel. Prepare realistic availability and a minimum advance booking notice. ButlerBee does not choose your work schedule or promise customer volume.
Prepare for a request, not just a sale
For home visits, acceptance includes specifying the required duration. Think about the information you need from the customer to assess a request. The final price and terms must be clear before payment.

For now, choose professional or both, your postcode and the categories you offer. Add a short description for another eligible non-medical service if needed. Confirm your email; actual account creation and onboarding will follow later.
